Membership Terms and Conditions

The following document sets forth the Terms and Conditions for Membership within the Crestpoint Psychology & Crestpoint Wellbeing

Crestpoint Psychology & Wellbeing is committed to providing you with the best possible mental health & wellness care.  As a result we are focused on providing a multi-facted approach to Mental Wellness that includes a variety of support mechanisms. Crestpoint Psychology & Wellbeing is bound by the Privacy Act, which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy, rights and responsibilities of individuals.

Collection of your personal information

There are many aspects of the site, which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Crestpoint Psychology, member support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

Sharing of your personal information

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Crestpoint Psychology & Wellbeing takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.  For more information about storage and sharing of your personal information please review our Privacy Policy.

Use of your Membership Subscription

Crestpoint Psychology & Wellbeing Centre is committed to providing the best possible care within the realms of mental health and wellness and recognise that this will take a multi-facted approach to support individuals on their journey to a happier and more fulfilling life.  To achieve this Crestpoint Psychology has combined with Crestpoint Wellbeing to create a membership platform for a very low cost to subsidise the current government and available health care providers.

For a low fee (from $1.00 per day) members can access the following Mental Health and Wellness support including, free videos, information, mental health information sessions, therapists, counsellors and psychologists information, webinars, podcasts, Q&A’s and structured / planned sessions, group and peer support programs, apps, meditation evenings, courses, workshops, education and training and as needed individual therapy sessions that are discounted or fully subsidised.

Payments

The initial payment is to establish your membership and is payable at the time of registering as a member of Crestpoint Psychology & Wellbeing Centre.   Regular weekly payments are set as part of the ongoing support model for mental health and wellness. Payments are made in advance to ensure continuity of membership and provision of mental wellness support services are available to clients at all times.  It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that funds are available to maintain membership and there  may be penalities for late, overdue, missed or defaulted payments.

As this is a subscription based model, the best way to maximise the use from your membership is to take advantage of as many options, activities and sessions, tasks, webinars, Q&A’s, group & peer support programs as much as possible.   Once you have access to membership level, payments will be automatically deducted from your nominated account on a weekly basis to provide an economical and consistent support platform for your mental health & wellness.   Should your membership payments be declined, you may not be able to access

Cancellations of your Membership Subscription

Crestpoint Psychology reserves the right to restrict access to services should the payments fall behind for more than 7 days on the membership subscription model.  To further access services under the Crestpoint Membership model, all outstanding payments must be brought up to date and in advance as per the terms and conditions stated above.

You may cancel  your membership at any time however will forfeit any previously paid subscription and all mental wellness support services will be rendered invalid including any log-in access to information, videos, webinars and intellectual property.   Any notes or information that you have gained through listening or personal notes are retained by the client / member even after cancellation of your subscription.

To get the most benefit we recommend a minimum of 12 -24 months to ensure that any support or mental wellness information you receive can be suitable and sustainably integrated into your daily lifestyle and can effect longer term shifts to a happier and more fulfilled future.

Accessing Your Personal Information

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. Crestpoint Psychology & Wellbeing reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
